  • DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
    NO REFUNDS *All BSV HANDBAGS SALES ARE FINAL* *ALL BSV HANDBAGS ARE HAND PAINTED WITH PAINT* * PAINT WILL EVENTUALLY CHIP, you are guaranteed 90 days from date of delivered without chipping * After 90 days, customers are responsible for all shipping cost(return & ship out) *Lettering and sizing will vary, which makes your bag unique!
  • WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?
    We offer EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item ONLY if the item is in stock .ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. • You may exchange merchandise within 7 business days of receipt of purchase . • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. • Since many of our items are limited quantities , we may occasionally sell out of an item . If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances. Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your return to. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. "We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/ refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
  • HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $0.5 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
    Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
  • HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC ITEM?
    If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can search our online store by product Collection under the Shop menu.
  • HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
    Most items shown are in stock. When you roll over a product, you can immediately see its size availability. If a size is greyed out or marked as sold out in the drop-down on the product page, this means the item is out of stock in that size. Items that are not yet in stock may be marked Coming Soon: add these items to your wish-list and you will receive an email when they become available. Alternatively, you can inform us of your interest by contacting under the Contact tab. Please note that even if a product is in your shopping bag, it isn’t reserved, and will be available to other customers while you are browsing.
  • CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER INSTEAD?
    For security reasons, and we do not partner with local pick-up or service points.
  • HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
    When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
  • DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
    No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
    The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
  • HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
    Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size or product and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen, as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents in the ‘mini bag’ at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout.
  • HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
    After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located, your order will be accepted. At this point, you will receive a second email from us confirming your order has been received and shipped.
  • AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
    Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email me at Info@blacksivogue.com and we will track the order on your behalf.
